Hazel Farnell

Head of People and Culture

I have joined »ÆÉ«ÊÓÆµ as Head of Human Resources after holding a similar position in the civil engineering/construction industry. Having initially started out my career as a Project Manager, my interest and passion in mental health, wellbeing and learning and development has resulted in a career progression to overseeing all aspects of HR.

My role at »ÆÉ«ÊÓÆµ

I oversee all aspects of people and culture at »ÆÉ«ÊÓÆµ, including working with the Executive Group to develop and implement people strategies in line with the organisation’s requirements. I work with the HR team to support managers and employees on HR related matters, including staff development, and ensuring »ÆÉ«ÊÓÆµ is a leader in good people practices.

CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resource Management

NEBOSH - Managing Health & Wellbeing in the Workplace

IOSH - Managing Safely

Prince2 Foundation and Practitioner

Mental Health First Aider
